About Us
Diana Starr, TRP
Trauma Resolution Practitioner
Though I no longer practice as a Registered Massage Therapist, this work remains hands-on and is grounded in the body’s intelligence and innate capacity to heal developed through over 35 years of experience.
I am trained in and draw from the following modalities:
Craniosacral Therapy
Myofascial Release
Visceral (Organ) Manipulation
Spinal Alignment
About The Work
Each cell carries a blueprint of how to heal. Just as the body instinctively knows how to mend a sprain or repair tissue without conscious effort, it also knows how to move toward harmony.
When experiences of impact, injury, or unresolved emotion become held in the body, they can create patterns—pain, tension, or recurring challenges. These are expressions of a system that has been doing its best to adapt and protect.
My Approach
This work meets you where you are.
If you are seeking support only for a physical issue, we can work directly with the body—supporting its natural healing processes, relieving tension, restoring flow and function at the spinal, visceral, fascial and muscular levels. It does not require a spiritual framework or emotional exploration for this work to be effective.
If you feel open to exploring deeper layers—emotional or spiritual—I will meet you there as well. I may ask, and you are always free to choose the direction we take. The work unfolds through consent, readiness, and trust.
Through presence and deep listening, we bring awareness to what the body has been carrying—often for a very long time. In that witnessing, there is a natural shift. The body does not need to be forced or fixed; it needs to be seen, acknowledged, and supported.
For those who are open, guidance may also arise from a deeper source—experienced by many as God. These messages can offer insight, encouragement, and a broader sense of direction in healing and in life.
Ultimately, this work is about reconnection: to the physical body, to the soul (the body of mind and emotion) and to the Creator of both.
For some it is important to know that this work doesn’t consult earth wisdom or nature spirits or any wisdom other than the Creator of each cell, coded to seek and know It’s truth and wisdom.
Osteopathic Therapist
Hi, I'm Allie, an osteopathic therapist deeply committed to supporting others on their journey towards healing and wholeness. My path into osteopathy has been one of personal growth, discovery, and deepening connection with myself, with others, and with the subtle rhythms of the body.
I’ve long been drawn to the profound intelligence of the human system and its inherent capacity for healing. This led me to complete my formal training in osteopathic therapy, alongside additional studies in biodynamic craniosacral therapy—a gentle yet deeply effective modality that continues to inform how I listen, perceive, and engage with the body.
My practice is rooted in presence, compassion, and trust in the body’s wisdom. I bring warmth and authenticity to every session, creating a space where people feel truly seen and supported. As my skills, knowledge, and experience continue to evolve, so too does my practice, deepening with each person I meet and each story I hold.
It is a privilege to walk this path with you, grounded in the principles of osteopathy, guided by the body’s innate intelligence, and held with spaciousness, safety, and trust. Together, we create space for healing to emerge, naturally and in its own time.
