ABOUT THIS WORK

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY
Craniosacral therapy is primarily used to relieve pain and dysfunction, with the strongest scientific evidence supporting its effectiveness for migraines and headaches, neck pain, and back pain.
It is also commonly applied to address a wide range of other physical and psychological conditions, including:
Fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome
Temporomandibular disorders (TMD) and jaw pain
Stress, anxiety, and depression
Concussions and traumatic brain injuries
Infant and childhood disorders, such as colic, feeding difficulties, and autism spectrum disorders
Post-surgical recovery and trauma recovery
-

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE
Myofascial release (MFR) is primarily used to treat myofascial pain syndrome and various musculoskeletal pain conditions by applying gentle, sustained pressure to release tension in the fascia. It is commonly indicated for chronic lower back pain, neck pain, headaches, and shoulder pain.
The therapy is also utilized for:
Fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis pain relief.
Post-surgical recovery to address upper extremity pain and mobility issues.
Neurological disorders to alleviate muscle spasms and joint dysfunction.
Improving flexibility, range of motion, and posture by correcting fascial restrictions caused by poor posture or trauma.
-

TRAUMA THERAPY
Trauma Release is primarily used to release deep muscular tension, reduce stress and anxiety, and regulate the nervous system. It is used in individuals suffering from PTSD, chronic pain, and trauma-related conditions. It locates and discharges stored force of impact in the tissues that resulted from any impact that the body was not able to resolve at the time of occurance. It does not require verbal processing of traumatic events.

VISCERAL MANIPULATION
Visceral Manipulation is primarily used to treat digestive disorders, chronic pain, and post-surgical adhesions by restoring the natural mobility and function of internal organs. By targeting restrictions in the connective tissue (fascia) surrounding the viscera, it improves overall body mechanics and health.
Key conditions treated include:
Digestive Issues: Constipation, bloating, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), GERD, nausea, acid reflux, and swallowing dysfunctions.
Chronic Pain: Musculoskeletal pain in the neck, low back, shoulders, and hips, as well as headaches and migraines.
Post-Surgical Recovery: Breaking down adhesions and scar tissue from abdominal surgeries, c-sections, or trauma to restore organ mobility.
Pelvic and Reproductive Health: Endometriosis, chronic pelvic pain, bladder incontinence, menstrual pain, and prostate dysfunction.
Acute Injuries: Whiplash, seatbelt injuries, and chest or abdominal sports injuries.
