Join us at Kelly’s Health Shop for a free community seminar exploring the powerful connection between trauma, the body, and the soul. In this transformative talk, you’ll discover how trauma imprints itself in the body’s tissues and how these imprints form what we call the “trauma body.” Rather than seeing trauma only as injury, we will explore how the trauma body can also serve as a guide and gateway toward healing, soul integration, and wholeness.
Through shared stories, insights, and moments of guided stillness, participants will learn how the body responds to both physical and emotional trauma, and how listening deeply to the body’s signals can reveal a deeper intelligence—one that invites us back to vitality, belonging, and inner freedom.

PART 1
A 2-Day Experiential Workshop- BUILDING FOUNDATION
This unique workshop is rooted in an ancient Andean practice once used by medicine men and women along the path of healing and wisdom.

Dying Consciously Part 2: The Sacred Enactment of Death
Part 2: The Sacred Enactment of Death
A two-day immersion that deepens the foundation of Part 1. This is a rare and profound journey of personal healing, where participants step into a constellation-style enactment of their own death.
Choose your circle: Identify who you would want at your bedside, including loved ones who have already passed.
Sacred setting: The group creates a space resembling a deathbed, with each role embodied by another participant.
Ritual of reconciliation: Speak the words often left unsaid—“I love you,” “Please forgive me,” “I’m sorry.”
Connection with the departed: Invite loved ones who have passed, represented by the living, to bring closure, comfort, and freedom.
✨ Part 2 is soul-stirring, heart-opening, and life-changing—a chance to face death consciously and to rehearse the great transition with peace and love.
